Just how accessible was PS/2

I  just wanted to know if IBM  made  a  screen  reader for this  OS.  I  mean,  I  know  DOS  was  a  viable  thing  but  I've been curious for a while  if  IBM  of  3rd-party companies  made  it  happen  for  blind  folk.
